LaunchCut is the fastest way to get a launch video for your product. Instead of starting from a blank timeline, you start from the marketing page you already wrote: paste the URL and LaunchCut crawls it, curates the strongest copy and visuals, and assembles a storyboard that follows a proven conversion arc โ hook, problem, solution, features, social proof, CTA. You review and tweak the scenes (edit captions, trim clips, swap media), then download your finished video in minutes โ no render queue, no waiting. Perfect for Product Hunt launches, Twitter/X announcements, demo days, and paid social.

LaunchCut's answer:
Choose LaunchCut if you want a launch video without hiring an agency, briefing a freelancer, or learning video editing. It is faster, cheaper, brand-aware, editable, and gives you an immediate MP4 export.
LaunchCut's answer:
LaunchCut is for founders, makers, marketers, and product teams launching software products who need strong videos for Product Hunt, X, Reddit, LinkedIn, TikTok/Reels, or their landing page.
LaunchCut's answer:
LaunchCut was built around a common launch problem: teams already have a landing page, but turning it into a compelling product video is slow, expensive, and hard to iterate. LaunchCut uses the landing page itself as the source of truth, turning existing product copy and visuals into a launch-ready video.
LaunchCut's answer:
LaunchCut turns a landing page URL into a polished launch video in minutes. It scrapes the page for copy, screenshots, media, colors, and brand context, then builds a structured storyboard and renders the final MP4 in the browser.
LaunchCut's answer:
LaunchCut is built with Next.js, React, Remotion, Playwright, OpenRouter, PostHog, Trigger.dev, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui.

I made sure to document every step of the way via screenshots to ensure I could test enabling and disabling certain features. The screenshot tool I use on Windows is called, ShareX, and I find it extremely useful with regards to pointing out certain elements in an image. - Source: dev.to / over 1 year ago
I've been using ShareX (https://getsharex.com/) for some years, which is also open-source, and very featureful while not feeling too bloated, though Windows only. I'll have to have a look at this next time I'm on a Linux desktop, as I found the options lacking compared to ShareX last time I looked. - Source: Hacker News / about 2 years ago
ShareX (https://getsharex.com/) doesn't have quite this nice UX but it's free. I often use it alongside browser dev tools. Here's a screenshot of me measuring this comment box https://i.imgur.com/yoTHbzq.png. - Source: Hacker News / over 2 years ago
