What makes your product unique?

SeenOnMain's answer

SeenOnMain never puts an AI on the phone with your customer. The moment a lead submits your website's form or calls your dedicated number, the AI detects it and gets a real human -- you -- on the phone or texting back within seconds, so you're the one actually talking to and closing every lead. Most AI tools in this space do the opposite: they put their own AI voice agent on the call. SeenOnMain also includes a lead-capture page (embedded in your existing site, or a hosted mini-website if you don't have one), AI-personalized follow-up for two weeks if a lead doesn't book, and it's fully managed by a real team -- no software to configure yourself.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

SeenOnMain's answer

Two reasons buyers keep citing: who talks to the customer, and how easy it is to actually try. SeenOnMain keeps a real human closing every lead instead of an AI voice agent qualifying callers on its own. What's the story behind your product?

SeenOnMain's answer

Founder David Cavill built SeenOnMain on the belief that AI-assisted automation shouldn't be priced or built like an enterprise tool -- a lead form, a quote flow, and instant follow-up shouldn't cost $10,000+ upfront and a retainer, and a small business owner shouldn't need to understand AI to get it. He personally sets up and manages every account. Before SeenOnMain, he spent 15+ years leading technology and operations work (documented $9M+ in revenue impact and $1.75M+ in cost savings), and holds a PMP and an MBA.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

SeenOnMain's answer

React (Vite + React Router) on the frontend, a Node.js backend on PostgreSQL (Neon), Twilio for calls/SMS, and Anthropic's Claude for AI-assisted personalization and classification (lead-intent detection, AI-written follow-ups and proposals).
