Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Secureframe and Secure Pulse.

What makes your product unique?

Secure Pulse's answer:

Most security tools give you a dashboard for one slice of your estate and leave you to stitch the rest together. Secure Pulse gives you a single, continuously updated security score across every asset you own: endpoints, mobile devices, servers, networks and cloud workloads. It tracks that posture over time, so you can see drift, regressions and policy violations as they happen, and it raises real-time alerts on things like new high-risk apps, jailbreak or root detection and disabled security settings. It is also privacy-respecting by design: no personal content is ever collected, and all telemetry is anonymised at the user level and encrypted end to end.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Secure Pulse's answer:

Three reasons. First, coverage: you get one security score spanning endpoints, mobile devices, servers, networks and cloud workloads, instead of a separate tool and dashboard for each layer. Second, evidence: historical posture tracking gives you the audit trail that ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR and India's DPDPA assessments ask for, so you can prove improvement rather than just claim it. Third, fit: Secure Pulse deploys alongside your existing tools with no rip-and-replace, scales from 20 to 20,000 assets, and is built for growing businesses rather than only large enterprises. Privacy is designed in throughout, so your team gets full visibility without collecting anyone's personal content.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Secure Pulse's answer:

Security and IT teams at growing organisations that need enterprise-grade visibility without an enterprise budget. In practice that means MSMEs and mid-market companies, with particular strength in financial services, technology and SaaS, and blockchain businesses. Secure Pulse suits hybrid, remote and distributed teams managing anywhere from 20 to 20,000 assets, and it is a strong fit for any team working towards ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR or India's DPDPA compliance.

What's the story behind your product?

Secure Pulse's answer:

Sansable kept seeing the same pattern: growing businesses buying one security tool after another, each with its own dashboard, and still unable to answer the one question that matters, are we secure today? Secure Pulse is the answer to that question. It rolls an entire estate into a single, continuously updated security score, with the history to show whether things are getting better and alerts the moment they are not. It was built by a team with more than 20 years in enterprise IT and cybersecurity, on a simple belief: every business deserves the security visibility that used to be reserved for the largest ones. Sansable is headquartered in London, with a delivery team in India.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Secure Pulse's answer:

Secure Pulse is a cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform. It collects security-relevant metadata across endpoints, mobile devices, servers, networks and cloud workloads and turns it into a posture score. Security is built into the architecture: TLS 1.3 for data in transit, AES-256 for data at rest, a zero-trust access model, and telemetry that is anonymised at the user level. Data residency is available across the EU, India and the US. No personal content is collected at any point.
