If you're not a fan of the ruby-on-rails / swiss army knife approach that IHP takes, check out Scotty. Add Lucid for Html rendering, and Selda for Postgres. I think โworstโ is very subjective here. It certainly does aim to be an all-encompassing โframeworkโ โ but this is hardly unusual amongst web libraries (not just for Haskell!), and I feel Yesod gets the job done pretty well.
