What makes your product unique?

IssueCapture's answer:

It captures console errors and network failures automatically from page load — not just after the widget opens. Most bug reporters miss the errors that actually caused the problem. It also runs in Shadow DOM so it never conflicts with the host page's CSS.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

IssueCapture's answer:

Development teams using Jira who need a better way to collect bug reports from website users, QA testers, or internal stakeholders. Typically engineering leads, QA managers, or project managers who are tired of vague bug reports with no context.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

IssueCapture's answer:

No per-seat pricing — unlimited team members on every plan. Starts at $29/mo vs $199/mo for Marker.io. Works with both Jira Software and JSM, including team-managed projects. AI triage and duplicate detection built in rather than bolted on.

What's the story behind your product?

IssueCapture's answer:

Atlassian's Issue Collector hasn't been updated since 2014. No screenshot tools, no AI, doesn't work with team-managed projects. Thousands of Jira teams had no good option for collecting bug reports from their websites, so I built one.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

IssueCapture's answer:

Preact and TypeScript for the widget, Next.js for the dashboard, Supabase (PostgreSQL + pgvector) for the database, Vercel for hosting, Google Gemini for AI features with OpenAI as fallback.
