I would like to know what kind of raise is reasonable to ask for when we have the conversation about my role in the next couple of months. Based on my research (via salary.com & similar sites), a Financial Analyst in my area averages around $65k (50th percentile). And that is "entry level". So I am already a bit behind. In further context, I also enjoy creating 3D models more & have experience creating digital art as well. I have found those 2 things much more enjoyable than making logos and or posters in the form of "graphic design." Not to mention those 2 jobs mentioned pay more on average. And, I accidentally checked yes to the free resume evaluation offered by TopResume (salary.com has a partnership with TopResume), and it seems like they took the resume file that I submitted for the application, which also contains my cover letter and two letters of recommendation.
