A new provider is "Safety Wing", https://safetywing.com/. They reopened individual plans, are mostly online, and didn't care where we live. Prices were 2.2K to 3.6K for the 40-50 age bracket. I am actually Italian and also there healthcare is public, in Germany it's a mix. When out of Europe, one has just to buy an international insurance, most of them cover worldwide, others cover macroregions. After starting the project called socketify.py at https://github.com/cirospaciari/socketify.py, I got pretty good results and reviews, but many people asked if socketify.py could be used to create a WSGI and ASGI server. WSGI and ASGI have a lot of overhead, that's is why I choose not to use them in the first place, but adding an ASGI and WSGI server allows a lot of code already written to run faster!
