It's a server management service, they use AWS (or your host of choice) under the hood. I personally use something similar called Runcloud which I haven't had any problems with. It's a halfway house between a managed platform and your own VPS. Means you don't have to worry about security, vhosts, ssl certificates, restricting access etc... For PHP https://platform.sh has got a lot of traction, but it's notc cheap especially for small apps. The "invert a binary tree" thing is a reference to a tweet by Max Howell [1]. Howell, who describes himself as a "dick" [2], hadn't been involved with the Homebrew project for years. He's since gone on to write the NFT-based package manager Tea [3] and pkgx [4], which is an "everything app"-style CLI tool with lots of fever-dream AI art and RCE as a feature.
