OneBookPlus is an Australian-owned, all-in-one business management platform built in Melbourne for small and medium businesses across more than 40 industries โ from trades and cleaning to healthcare, fitness, retail and professional services. It replaces fragmented stacks like Xero + ServiceM8 + HubSpot + Calendly + Mailchimp with a single AU-hosted product that handles invoicing, online bookings, CRM, marketing, point-of-sale and Australian compliance (GST, ABN and BAS) natively. A generous free plan lets sole traders start without a credit card, while paid tiers unlock advanced automation, multi-team workflows and industry-specific apps from a built-in marketplace. By keeping data on Australian infrastructure and pricing in AUD, OneBookPlus removes the friction of stitching together overseas SaaS โ giving operators one system, one bill, and one source of truth for the whole business.

OneBookPlus's answer:
OneBookPlus combines the tools most small businesses normally buy separately โ invoicing, quoting, online payments, bookings, job management, contacts and accounting โ into one Australian-built platform, with tax and compliance (GST, BAS, Single Touch Payroll, ATO-aligned tax and depreciation) handled natively rather than bolted on. A modular app marketplace (Asset Register, Loyalty, AI Receptionist, Rostering & Payroll and more) lets each business switch on only what it needs, and a native iOS app plus a built-in AI assistant mean you can run the whole business from your phone.
OneBookPlus's answer:
Most competitors solve one slice โ accounting (Xero, MYOB), job management (ServiceM8, Tradify) or bookings (Square, Calendly) โ leaving you to pay for, integrate and reconcile several tools. OneBookPlus replaces that stack with one platform where your quotes, invoices, payments, bookings, jobs and books already talk to each other โ no integrations to maintain, no data silos. It's built specifically for Australian businesses (AUD, GST, BAS, STP, ATO), priced modularly so you only pay for the apps you use, and gives you the same experience on web and mobile.
OneBookPlus's answer:
Australian small and medium businesses and owner-operators who want to run their whole operation from one place โ particularly service and trade businesses (plumbers, electricians, mechanics, cleaners, landscapers), appointment-based businesses (salons, clinics, allied health), and retail, hospitality and professional-services firms. It suits owners and small teams who'd rather not juggle separate apps for quoting, invoicing, payments, bookings, jobs and tax.
OneBookPlus's answer:
OneBookPlus was founded in 2025 by Bishal Shrestha, a Melbourne-based entrepreneur who'd spent over a decade in digital marketing, web development and small-business consulting.
Like most Australian business owners, Bishal ran his own ventures out of a patchwork of Google Sheets โ contacts in one, invoices in another, quotes copied from old emails, bookings in his calendar, receipts in a shoebox. Every BAS season became a lost weekend of reconciling numbers that didn't add up.
Then he spent years consulting for 200+ Australian businesses โ plumbers in Melbourne's west, restaurants in the CBD, salons in Sydney, freelancers across the country โ and saw the same story everywhere: each was paying $200โ400/month for 8โ10 disconnected tools (Xero, a CRM, Calendly, Mailchimp, Squareโฆ) that didn't talk to each other, all panicking come tax time.
So he sketched OneBookPlus on a napkin at a Melbourne cafรฉ and built the tool he wished existed: invoicing, CRM, bookings, accounting and marketing in one book, one login, designed for how Australian businesses actually operate โ turning BAS into a five-minute job instead of a five-day headache. Proudly Australian: built in Melbourne, designed for GST/ABN/BAS, and priced in AUD.
