Typically one to five people whose planning currently lives in a spreadsheet, selling in the $20 to $100 range where freight and duty decide whether a campaign can work at all. Store platform doesn't matter, since nothing needs to be connected.

The 2025 and 2026 tariff changes broke a lot of spreadsheets. De minimis went away, rates moved more than once, and the break-even ROAS people had memorised was suddenly wrong. The free calculators on the web ignored duty entirely, the duty tools disagreed with each other, and none of them connected to a profit model. RoasFloor started as one calculator to close that gap and grew into ten, plus reference pages that show where each rate came from and when it was last checked.

Next.js and React on Vercel, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, self-hosted Supabase (Postgres) for the Pro workspace, Stripe for billing and Resend for email. The public calculators run entirely in the browser, so they keep working even when the database doesn't.
