Dialbird is an AI-powered business phone system for modern teams, built on VoIP. It helps growing businesses manage calls, messages, automation, and internal collaboration in one place.

As businesses scale, the phone is often the first customer communication channel to break. Calls spread across personal mobiles. Messages sit in separate tools. Follow-ups depend on memory. Conversations are not always handled consistently. This can lead to slower responses, missed opportunities, poor customer experience, and lost revenue. Dialbird gives teams a more organised way to answer faster, stay aligned, automate communication, and manage follow-ups.

Teams can get local virtual phone numbers, port existing numbers, and choose shared or private business numbers. Dialbird works across web, iOS, and Android, with activity kept in sync.

Key capabilities include:

โ€ข Customer communication: Manage business calls, SMS, RCS messaging, shared numbers, private numbers, and conversation history.

โ€ข Call operations: Design call routing, IVR menus, greetings, auto-replies, and call flows around how your team operates.

โ€ข Live call handling: Run conference calls, group calls, warm and cold transfers, and live call merges with teammates or AI voice agents.

โ€ข Team collaboration: Use internal messaging, huddles, and team tagging to coordinate around customer conversations.

โ€ข AI and integrations: Use AI voice agents to support call flows, capture caller details, create call summaries, assist with note-taking, and hand off to team members when needed. Connect Dialbird with your CRM and daily tools to sync contacts, show caller context, log conversations, and keep teams aligned.

Used by 500+ small and mid-sized businesses, including sales and support teams, clinics, and service companies that need more structure than a lightweight phone app, without the cost or complexity of a legacy phone system.

I saw www.calltrackingmetrics.com ; ringcentral.com ; twilio.com ; Zadarma. At this moment it seems that calltrackingmetrics seems to be the first solution I would try because they put in front of their ads the fact to track with google ads. Twilio seems to be too much complex to use and they don't have an iPhone app ; ringcentral I don't know and Zadarma seems good. Source: about 5 years ago
