I saw www.calltrackingmetrics.com ; ringcentral.com ; twilio.com ; Zadarma. At this moment it seems that calltrackingmetrics seems to be the first solution I would try because they put in front of their ads the fact to track with google ads. I'm currently working on a mobile project that involves watching video content. I switched from using static .mp4 files to HLS video-on-demand streaming with adaptive bitrates - that way the videos should watchable even though users have bad connection speed.
