Reverse My Plan flips traditional planning on its head. Instead of starting from day one and guessing the right steps, users enter a deadline and the AI works backward to generate a structured, realistic timeline. It removes overwhelm by showing exactly what needs to be done, and when, with personalized tasks, sub-tasks, and helpful guides. Combined with real-time collaboration, editing tools, and smart AI refinements, it feels like having a project manager built into your workflow.

What's the story behind your product?

Reverse My Plan was built out of personal frustration. Traditional planners felt rigid and forward-focused; which is great for tracking but not for actually figuring out what to do next. I wanted a tool that worked backward from a deadline and told me what needed to happen today in order to hit that goal. When I couldn't find one, I built it. What started as a personal tool evolved into a full AI-powered planning platform built to reduce stress and bring structure to anyone's goals.
