Great Question
Intervool is AI customer interview software that helps product managers, UX researchers, and product teams turn customer conversations into actionable product decisions.
Upload and analyze customer interviews, organize feedback by persona, theme, pain point, and opportunity, and quickly find the moments that matter across calls and transcripts. Intervool uses AI to surface patterns, summarize key insights, and connect what customers are saying to the product decisions your team needs to make.
Teams can add feature ideas, link them to supporting interview evidence, compare customer pain points across personas, and build a roadmap grounded in real customer conversations. Instead of prioritizing from scattered notes or gut feel, Intervool gives teams a clearer way to decide what to build next and why.

Intervool's answer:
Intervool is built for product managers, UX researchers, founders, product designers, and customer-centric teams who use customer interviews and user research to make product decisions. It's particularly well suited to startups and small-to-medium software companies that want to build products around real customer needs.
Intervool's answer:
Intervool helps teams save hours synthesizing customer interviews with AI while keeping every insight grounded in real customer evidence. Unlike traditional research repositories that produce static reports, Intervool creates an interactive workspace where teams can explore insights, ask AI questions, prioritize features, and plan roadmaps from a single source of truth.
Intervool's answer:
Intervool goes beyond analyzing customer interviews by connecting insights directly to product decisions. Teams can organize research into personas and customer segments, identify recurring pain points and opportunities, prioritize feature ideas, and build roadmapsโall while keeping every decision linked back to the customer conversations that support it.

If you have a bit more budget, you can also recruit participants from online panels (like userinterviews.com or respondent.io). For an incentive, you can screen the right people to participate in your playtest. Keep in mind you will need to do some vetting and make sure you're not getting "professional" participants. If you're having difficulty recruiting yourself, I've used respondent.io in the past. Keep in mind recruiting hard to access types of users is often expensive and/or time consuming. Source: over 3 years ago
Figure out how you can make more income. Maybe you create an account on upwork or fiverrr (platform for freelancers) and help a company out with social media, or reviewing resumes. Maybe you try driving for doordash or ubereats. Maybe you sign up for respondent.io and get paid to do research interviews (we hire people from here all the time). I promise making a little bit of extra cash goes a long way to feeling... Source: over 3 years ago
