ResourcePulse was born from a recurring frustration: watching the same pattern play out across multiple teams where someone merged a Bicep PR with StandardD8sv5 instead of StandardD2sv5, no reviewer caught it, and the bill landed a month later. Every post-mortem ended the same way: "we should have caught that in the PR." Existing tools either didn't speak Bicep, lived outside the developer workflow, or required setting up entire FinOps platforms for a problem that should be a 30-second comment on a pull request. ResourcePulse exists to make that comment automatic, accurate, and Azure-native — closing the loop between "infrastructure changed" and "we knew what it would cost before we deployed it."
