Rectangle [1] is pretty much essential for me because of this. I use only a few keypresses (maximize window, move to one of the halves of the screen horizontally) but that is enough. My mouse very rately interacts with the borders of any window, or those buttons. I had to click on the green one that you mentioned in order to see what it did (yuck). That's actually a great question. Our show is in the top 0.5% of podcasts, and we've been recently asking ourselves the same question. Something we should have looked into a while back, but depending on your podcast distributor, it may be baked in option. Who do you distribute your show through? The site I have found with the earliest working cast is audioboom.com. Their earliest episode is #32 titled "Busy Week" from 4/15/2014. This gets you twelve more episodes in front of #44 "Stinging Genitals" from 7/8/2014. The clinker with audioboom is it doesn't have an app so the mobile experience isn't great.
