In my own case, I struggled for over a decade, to get anywhere at all useful with Spanish, until someone in this forum recommended readlang.com. I can't speak for anyone else, but for myself: just reading entire stories, as fast as I could, without stopping AT ALL when I ran into an unknown word, or tense, or idiom, made THE critical difference. For example, in our traditional approach, every step and process is defined and has to be adhered to. Any change has to go through multiple approvals.
