You probably used a site called outline.com but unfortunately the website was recently discontinued. There are many chrome extensions for it, which many of them can be used on chrome for android, as well as the fact that the safari browser for iPhone has it built in. readermode.io works well for me on Chrome. I'm moving to Linux/Gnome from macOS. There is a little app for Apple's OS that I use a lot: Tyke. It's utterly simple, basically an icon on menubar that holds a text field where I can't type or paste anything I want in plain text. When I reboot the system, it vanishes. Source: almost 5 years ago
