Spotem AI
Spot.ai
Spotem is an AI-powered video analytics and IoT intelligence platform that transforms ordinary CCTV cameras into smart, real-time security and operations monitoring systems. It detects threats, safety risks, compliance violations, and operational inefficiencies automatically, while delivering instant alerts and audit-ready reports to help organizations stay proactive, secure, and compliant.
Spotem AI's answer:
Spotem combines real‑time AI camera analytics with customizable patrol and alert systems to turn passive CCTV footage into actionable insights. It detects safety risks, intrusions, equipment malfunctions, PPE violations, and productivity gaps across industrial sites and automatically alerts operators, reducing dependence on manual monitoring. Custom modules like BEAT patrols and vehicle tracking further extend oversight and accountability.
Spotem AI's answer:
Spotem integrates seamlessly with existing CCTV infrastructure and adds multiple layers of intelligence such as real‑time detection of hazards, personnel compliance monitoring, manual alert reporting, and vehicle in/out tracking. Its BEAT QR‑based patrol system ensures accountability, and the platform scales across multiple sites with a centralized dashboard and customizable alerts tailored to operational needs.
Spotem AI's answer:
Spotem was developed to address gaps in traditional surveillance systems that only record footage and rely on humans to spot issues. By applying AI to live video and operational data, Spotem enables real‑time risk alerts and deeper visibility into safety, security, and productivity helping teams act quickly and confidently without replacing existing hardware.
Spotem AI's answer:
Spotem serves industrial and warehouse environments, including manufacturing plants, logistics hubs, infrastructure facilities, and distribution centers organizations that prioritize safety, compliance, and efficiency. Its system is trusted by facilities needing 24×7 monitoring and proactive risk alerts across broad operational areas.
Spotem AI's answer:
Spotem is built on a modern and scalable technology stack to ensure performance, reliability, and real-time intelligence. The platform’s user interface is developed using React.js, delivering a fast and intuitive web experience, while the mobile application is powered by Flutter for seamless cross-platform accessibility. The backend is built on ASP.NET, enabling secure, enterprise-grade processing and integrations. All operational and analytical data is managed using Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) to ensure robust storage and high availability. The AI engine is developed in Python, powering advanced video analytics and real-time detection capabilities that form the core intelligence of the Spotem platform.
Spotem AI's answer:
Spotem is primarily aimed at security, operations, and facility managers at industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, utilities, and distribution facilities that need real‑time risk detection, compliance tracking, and operational visibility across large or complex sites.
Spotem helps track safety rules without needing constant manual supervision. It quickly alerts teams about missing PPE or unauthorized access. This reduces risks and improves response time. It also saves effort and improves overall safety compliance.
Real-time monitoring and automated alerts make risk management much easier, and the dashboards give clear visibility across multiple sites. It also solves delayed detection and inefficient manual monitoring, allowing our team to respond faster and maintain compliance consistently.

There is already a "Windows Lite", and it's called ReactOS [0]. Except, the last thing we need is for Microsoft to own / embrace-extend-exterminate this. It's best that it's kept as an independent project, enabling developers to target the Windows API if they feel like it, while ensuring that they only target the Wine-compatible parts of it, which then enables their software to also run seamlessly on other... - Source: Hacker News / 2 months ago
Kinda off-topic, but I wonder if a hypothetical OS that reimplements the Windows APIs (like ReactOS[0], but with perfect modern hardware support) would be better for end users than a Linux distro with a modern DE. In the past, this hypothetical OS would be a revolution. But I feel that, in recent years, this gap is not as big anymore and Linux supports way more apps than in the past. Such an OS might even not be... - Source: Hacker News / 6 months ago

Compiling into object code is easy but linkig is tricky. For reference of possilbe options, I used an example from ReactOS project. ReactOS is the only working (sort of) full reverse-engineered NT operating system kernel. It is a cool project. ReactOS Github repo has a collection of build options for kernel-mode drivers that can be carved out of CMake files. - Source: dev.to / 10 months ago
Would this help you? https://reactos.org/ This is an open source reimplementation of winxp. I think they can even run drivers made for windows now. - Source: Hacker News / 10 months ago
