You might take a look at mynetdiary.com where you can find out what your daily calorie intake should be (and also track calories and exercise). 1800 seems high (to me) but you can confirm. Also, exercise should probably be 5 times a week. Source: over 3 years ago
I use mynetdiary.com. There is a free and a paid version. I use the paid version but it was recommended to me by friends who use the free version. I don't know the difference but the free version may work for you. Source: over 3 years ago
