Possible disadvantages

  • Limited Free Plan
The free plan offers limited features and capabilities, which might not be sufficient for advanced users or larger businesses.
  • Price
The pricing for premium plans can be relatively high, which may not be feasible for all users or small businesses with restricted budgets.
  • Feature Limitations
Some advanced features and customizations are only available in higher-tier plans, restricting access for users on lower-tier plans.
  • Learning Curve
Despite its user-friendly interface, some users might still experience a learning curve, especially when trying to leverage all available features.
  • Customer Support
Users have reported that customer support can sometimes be slow or unresponsive, which can be frustrating when encountering issues.
  • Limited Template Variety
The selection of templates might be limited for some users, reducing the variety and creativity of quiz designs.
  • Improved Code Organization
Modular JavaScript allows developers to break down code into smaller, manageable modules. This enhances code readability and maintainability by organizing related functionality together.
  • Code Reusability
Modules encourage reusability by allowing the same piece of code to be used across different projects or multiple areas of the same application, reducing redundancy.
  • Scalability
As the application grows, managing code becomes easier with modular JavaScript. Each module can be developed, tested, and maintained independently, making the codebase more scalable.
  • Encapsulation
Modules provide encapsulation, preventing variables and functions from polluting the global namespace. This reduces the risk of naming conflicts and bugs.
  • Improved Testing
With code organized into discrete modules, writing unit tests becomes more straightforward. Each module can be tested individually, leading to more reliable and maintainable tests.

Possible disadvantages

  • Increased Complexity
Introducing modularity can add complexity to the build process, as it often requires module loaders or bundlers (like Webpack or Browserify) to manage dependencies.
  • Overhead
For smaller projects, using a modular approach might be overkill, introducing unnecessary overhead in terms of setup, configuration, and code management.
  • Learning Curve
Developers unfamiliar with modular JavaScript may face a learning curve, especially when dealing with module patterns, loaders, and bundlers.
  • Dependency Management
Relying on multiple modules can lead to complex dependency chains, making it challenging to track and resolve dependencies across different modules.
  • Performance Overhead
Modular JavaScript can introduce performance overhead if not managed properly, such as loading many small modules individually, leading to increased HTTP requests.
