8Dflow is practical manufacturing quality software for managing 8D reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, customer corrective action requests (CARs), and supplier corrective action requests (SCARs).

It is designed for small and mid-sized manufacturers that need a clearer, more controlled alternative to spreadsheets, shared documents, and email-based follow-up.

8Dflow brings each quality issue into one structured workflow with defined owners, due dates, evidence, investigation details, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, verification, review, and closure. Teams can keep related records and supporting files together, maintain a clear audit trail, and produce consistent reports for customers, suppliers, and internal review.

The software focuses on practical quality-issue management rather than trying to replace a full enterprise QMS. It is intended for quality managers, engineers, operations teams, and supplier-quality professionals managing recurring manufacturing problems and corrective-action processes.

Key areas include:

  • 8D report management from D1 to D8
  • NCR and nonconformance tracking
  • Corrective-action planning and follow-up
  • CAR and SCAR management
  • Root-cause analysis using 5 Whys and fishbone methods
  • Owners, due dates, evidence, approvals, and closure
  • PDF reporting and audit history
