Despite their success in hiring top talent rapidly, they were frustrated by the inadequacies of existing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) on the market. These systems were plagued by outdated interfaces, slow performance, lack of automation, and exorbitant pricing. Determined to create a better solution, the trio embarked on developing PyjamaHR. Their vision was to build an ATS that was modern, efficient, and affordable, addressing all the shortcomings they had encountered. The platform was designed to make the recruitment process seamless and user-friendly, particularly for startups and SMEs. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the need for a tool that facilitated remote work and efficient hiring became even more critical, further motivating the founders to perfect their product.
