There are rare proxy speed issues, but for the most part the problem is resolved quickly. Proxyseller has more pros than cons, so I recommend it based on my experience.
I've been utilizing proxies from proxy-seller for several months now, and my experience has been largely positive. The proxies themselves are good, Clean, in large quantities and with a huge variety of locations available, so it's very good for me. But when uploading residential proxy lists, particularly with a diverse mix of regions or countries, it's possible that some proxies may fail to connect. While this issue is fixable by recreating lists without the problematic ISPs, it can be inconvenient. It would be more convenient if all proxies from the list connected correctly at once.

After starting the project called socketify.py at https://github.com/cirospaciari/socketify.py, I got pretty good results and reviews, but many people asked if socketify.py could be used to create a WSGI and ASGI server. WSGI and ASGI have a lot of overhead, that's is why I choose not to use them in the first place, but adding an ASGI and WSGI server allows a lot of code already written to run faster!
