Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

CUBE MS's answer:

Choose CUBE if you need document control, model coordination, and project delivery without a large enterprise stack. It is built around ISO 19650-style information control, deploys in days, and costs less than Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, Oracle Aconex, or Bentley ProjectWise. OpenBIM and IFC support help teams avoid lock-in.

What makes your product unique?

CUBE combines a Common Data Environment and construction project management in one product. The browser viewer opens 60+ file types, including native BIM and IFC, with no plugins. Every 10 CDE seats include 10 Guest seats, and every 10 Project Management seats include 10 Field seats, so consultants and site teams can collaborate without extra per-head licence cost.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

CUBE MS's answer:

Mid-market AEC firms that need controlled project information without a large enterprise platform. Priority buyers are specialty and trade subcontractors, especially MEP, with 50–500 employees, and mid-size general contractors with about $50M–$500M in revenue. BIM/VDC consultancies, owners, and developers also use CUBE.

What's the story behind your product?

CUBE MS's answer:

CUBE Technologies Inc was founded on 4 September 2023. The founders bring 12 years of BIM and VDC experience and built CUBE so AEC teams can keep every drawing, model, and approval in one governed environment. Headquarters: San Antonio, Texas. The product is at version 4.1.0, with 50+ customers, 60,000+ users, and 8,000+ projects.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

CUBE MS's answer:

CUBE is a cloud SaaS platform (CUBE Cloud) with web, iOS, and Android clients. It supports OpenBIM and IFC, ISO 19650 information workflows, and 60+ file types in the browser. An API is available on demand. Private cloud and on-premise hosting are available on Enterprise.
