The tools that could genuinely improve their operations — AI scheduling, MRP, capacity planning — were locked behind $90,000 contracts and 3-month implementations that only large enterprises could afford. The goal was simple: build everything a small manufacturer actually needs, make it work in 10 minutes, and price it so any shop with 5 employees can afford it. The result is a fully self-hosted, PHP/MySQL system with AI-powered scheduling, complete BOM and MRP management, and a lifetime license option that includes full source code — so the customer truly owns what they pay for.

ProductionPlannerPro is built on PHP (backend), MySQL (database), JavaScript (frontend), and a REST API architecture. It runs on standard shared hosting with no special infrastructure requirements — no Docker, no cloud platform dependency, no expensive server setup. The AI scheduling engine is built in pure PHP and runs entirely server-side. The frontend uses vanilla JavaScript with Chart.js for dashboards and a responsive HTML/CSS interface. The self-hosted architecture means customers can deploy it on any PHP-capable web server including Hostinger, cPanel hosts, or a dedicated VPS.
