    After using basically all WP builders and eventually learning and switching to doing things mostly from scratch, IMO, there's no way to have a truly quick site with any of them... MAYBE if you want to get buried in conditional dequeue'ing of everything... If you want to move away from a builder but not be out in the open water, maybe try bootscore - it'll give you enough of a framework/guide, will ease you into... Source: almost 5 years ago
