FastAPIWhen our backend team needs to build services for data parsing, aggregators, or high-load APIs, FastAPI is our absolute go-to choice. It completely lives up to its name-development speed is outstanding.
The combination of Pydantic for data validation and built-in async support keeps our shared codebase clean, strictly typed, and reliable. But the biggest highlight for our cross-functional team is the automatic generation of interactive OpenAPI (Swagger) documentation. Our frontend and mobile developers no longer have to wait for backend engineers to manually update API docs; everything stays perfectly in sync automatically. It has drastically improved our team's communication and delivery speed.
Based on our record, FastAPI should be more popular than Process Lasso. It has been mentiond 312 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
If that helps then you can try Process Lasso to automate this. Source: almost 3 years ago
CoreDirector is pretty straight forward and easy to use, but on my machine it caused micro-stutters even if I had higher frames. I used Process Lasso to do this, which should be the same thing CoreDirector does, but it worked better for me. Source: almost 3 years ago
If BES doesn't work for you, you can try Project Lasso for free: https://bitsum.com/. On this one, I've set the CPU Limiter to when the process reach 85% for 2 seconds, limit by 1 core for 1 second. You can also reduce the CPU affinity to one less core using the Windows Task Manager but this will impact the frame rate. Source: almost 3 years ago
I use process lasso to assign priority, cores, powerplans and 0.5ms timer resolution to processes to improve performance. (something to manage a process once run like powerplans). Source: almost 3 years ago
All right, here are two possible solutions I know of: Firstly you can limit the number of cores the game is using, which can increase your FPS significantly (and potentially fix the stutter as well). Why? Because Far Cry 3 and 4's optimalization on PC sucks ass, and the newer the PC setup, the more likely it will have problems with both games. How to set CPU affinity: 1. Open the game. 2. Once in-game, press... Source: about 3 years ago
I used FastAPI, a Python framework built specifically for creating APIs quickly, with automatic validation and interactive documentation baked in. - Source: dev.to / 25 days ago
The Sovereign SDK is a Python-native framework designed to minimize prose overhead while generating ironclad, cryptographic execution receipts for AI agents, complete with drop-in FastAPI/Starlette ASGI middleware. - Source: dev.to / 3 months ago
We had a feature in production where a single user request could run for five-plus minutes — fetch documents, chunk them, hit an LLM per chunk, synthesize a final answer. We did the obvious thing first: a FastAPI handler that ran the pipeline and streamed progress back to the browser over Server-Sent Events. - Source: dev.to / 4 months ago
FastAPI is a Python framework for building APIs quickly, efficiently, and with very little code. - Source: dev.to / 5 months ago
Backend: Python-based FastAPI for its asynchronous I/O capabilities and rapid JSON serialization. - Source: dev.to / 5 months ago
