What's the story behind your product?

EasyJen's answer:

EasyJen was born from a simple yet profound insight: enterprises invest heavily in printing but often lack effective tools to monitor and optimize these expenses. "Years ago, I worked at a design company. Every month-end, finance would ask: 'Printing costs are over budget again, who printed all this?' I couldn't answer. Worse, a quarterly profit statement was accidentally printed to the shared printer and only discovered when the sales director walked by. That night I couldn't sleepโ€”what if that had been a client list or bid price?

I asked many peers and found everyone had similar frustrations. So my friend and I decided to build something ourselvesโ€”first to solve our own problem, then give it free to teams with the same headaches. That's how EasyJen began."

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

EasyJen's answer:

Simple and fast deployment, completed in 5 minutes. No additional servers required. SaaS cloud architecture, ready to use with zero maintenance.
