Primalogik was founded in Montreal in 2012 by David Lévesque and Gabriel Dominguez Martin after they experienced firsthand the challenges managers face when giving meaningful feedback. They wanted to create a simpler, more practical way to manage performance. What began as a 360 feedback tool has evolved into a continuous performance management platform, shaped by years of customer feedback and a commitment to keeping performance management simple, flexible, and people-focused.
