I tried Poloniex, which again took too much fees for sending away coins, also their option to sell-to-fiat, was eventully a coin-send to Simplex which costed me 25โฌ in Bitcoins, plus additional 5โฌ for withdrawing my Fiat via SEPA. Source: about 5 years ago
