The story behind PogiFit comes from a fitness and nutrition enthusiast who, as a long-time user of similar apps, kept noticing the same frustrations: limited features, gaps in quality, and the constant need to switch between multiple apps to cover all aspects of health. Recognizing how inconvenient it is to separate nutrition, training, recovery and supplementation into different tools, the idea for PogiFit was born: to bring everything together in one reliable, streamlined and well-curated platform.

I was fed up with the fact that I needed multiple apps to keep the right tracking for my health habits: in top of that, I wasn't fully happy with every single of them. Food databases always had big mistakes that I had to constantly check so that I did not mess up my macros, lift trackers had obnoxious interfaces that killed my focus on the gym. PogiFit was the first app that I considered to be able to get rid of all that stuff.
MyFitnessPal - Track the number of calories that you consume each day with MyFitnessPal. The app also lets you create a diet and track the exercise that you complete each day whether it's walking, running or some other type of program.
