Plinthos is rental management built for renting out rooms, not whole apartments.

Most landlord tools assume one apartment, one tenant, one lease. Real shared housing is messier: one flat, several rooms, multiple tenants, and bills that get split every month. Plinthos handles that.

For landlords - Track rent month by month. Tenants mark it paid with a receipt photo, you confirm or reject. - Split utility bills equally, by days, or by square meters. - Manage deposits with a guided check-out, including deductions and damage photos. - Get reminders before contracts and tax deadlines. - Chat with the whole flat or message a tenant privately. - Work room by room: single, double or triple rooms, priced per bed or per room.

For tenants Free forever. They join with one link and see their rent, bills and deposit in one place.

Plinthos works across countries and currencies, in five languages, on iOS, Android and the web.

SuperCoder features and specs

  • Automated Coding Assistance
SuperCoder leverages AI agent capabilities to automate coding tasks, potentially speeding up development workflows by handling repetitive or boilerplate coding work.
  • Built on SuperAGI Framework
As an agent template within the SuperAGI ecosystem, it benefits from the underlying framework's infrastructure, tooling, and community support for autonomous agents.
  • Customizable Template
Being a template, it provides a starting point that developers can adapt and configure for their specific coding project needs rather than building an agent from scratch.
  • Open Source Nature
SuperAGI and its agent templates are typically open source, allowing developers to inspect, modify, and extend the code to fit their specific use cases without vendor lock-in.
  • Integration Potential
Being part of a broader agent ecosystem, SuperCoder can potentially integrate with other tools, APIs, and agents within the SuperAGI platform for more complex automated workflows.

Possible disadvantages of SuperCoder

  • Learning Curve
Users unfamiliar with the SuperAGI framework or agent-based architectures may face a steep learning curve to effectively configure and use SuperCoder for their projects.
  • Limited Documentation
As a relatively newer or niche tool, documentation and community resources may be less mature compared to more established coding assistants, making troubleshooting harder.
  • Dependency on SuperAGI Ecosystem
Being tied to the SuperAGI platform means users must adopt or work within that ecosystem, which could be a constraint if they prefer standalone tools.
  • Potential Reliability Issues
AI coding agents can sometimes produce inconsistent or incorrect code suggestions, requiring careful human review and validation before deployment.
  • Setup Complexity
Configuring an autonomous coding agent template may require more technical setup (API keys, environment configuration, model access) compared to simpler code completion tools.

Analysis of Plinthos.app

Overall verdict

  • Plinthos.app is a niche or emerging tool that appears to lack widely available public reviews, extensive user feedback, or a substantial digital footprint, making it difficult to verify its quality, reliability, or value through independent sources at this time.

Why this product is good

  • Limited publicly available information makes independent verification of claims difficult
  • No substantial third-party reviews or user testimonials could be found to corroborate its effectiveness
  • As a newer or lesser-known platform, it may lack the track record established competitors have
  • Potential users should exercise standard due diligence, such as checking data privacy policies, pricing transparency, and customer support responsiveness

Recommended for

  • Early adopters comfortable testing newer platforms with limited track records
  • Users willing to conduct their own due diligence before committing time or payment
  • Those seeking niche functionality who have already researched and confirmed the tool meets their specific needs
  • Not recommended for users requiring extensive vetted reviews or enterprise-level reliability guarantees

Analysis of SuperCoder

Overall verdict

  • SuperCoder by SuperAGI is a promising AI-driven coding automation tool that shows potential for streamlining software development workflows, though as with many emerging AI dev tools, results can vary based on project complexity and specific use cases.

Why this product is good

  • Automates repetitive coding tasks, potentially saving developer time
  • Built on SuperAGI's autonomous agent framework, allowing for more context-aware code generation
  • Open-source roots provide transparency and community-driven improvements
  • Integrates AI agent capabilities for more than just simple code completion, including task planning
  • Actively developed with updates reflecting the fast-moving AI coding assistant space

Recommended for

  • Developers looking to experiment with autonomous AI coding agents
  • Startups or teams wanting to prototype AI-assisted development workflows
  • Engineers already familiar with SuperAGI's ecosystem seeking deeper integration
  • Technical users comfortable troubleshooting emerging AI tools with less polished UX than mainstream competitors
  • Teams exploring alternatives to established tools like GitHub Copilot for specific automation use cases

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Plinthos.app and SuperCoder.

What makes your product unique?

Plinthos.app's answer

It's built around the room, not the apartment. Other landlord tools assume one apartment let to one tenant on one lease. Plinthos handles a single flat with several rooms, multiple tenants, and bills that get split every month. The tenant side is free and tenants join with one link, so the product spreads on its own.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Plinthos.app's answer

Most competitors are single-sided landlord tools for whole-flat leases. Plinthos covers the messy part they skip: per-room pricing, multiple tenants per flat, automatic bill splitting (equal, by days or by square meters), deposits with a guided check-out, and built-in chat. Both sides get an app, the tenant one is free forever, and it works across countries, currencies and five languages on iOS, Android and web.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Plinthos.app's answer

Small, independent landlords with 1-3 properties who rent out individual rooms, usually to students and young workers in shared flats or co-living. Their tenants are the second audience and use Plinthos for free.

What's the story behind your product?

Plinthos.app's answer

It started from watching small landlords run room rentals on a WhatsApp group, a spreadsheet and the calculator app, losing an evening every month figuring out who paid rent and who still owed for the gas bill. Every tool out there was made for renting a whole apartment to one tenant. Plinthos was built to fit how rooms are actually rented: several tenants, split bills, deposits, all in one place.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Plinthos.app's answer

React Native and Expo for the iOS and Android apps, a React web app, and Supabase (Postgres, auth, storage, edge functions) for the backend. RevenueCat handles subscriptions across stores, Paddle handles web billing, Cloudflare hosts the web app, Sentry covers error tracking, and bill scanning uses Google Gemini.
