To see why this matters, it helps to remember what people are reaching for a different browser to do. Playwright is excellent at driving a browser, and scrapy-playwright wires that capability into Scrapy at the download handler so a rendered page arrives through the normal request and response cycle, asynchronously and quickly. The catch is the binary. The Chromium and Firefox builds that Playwright ships are the... - Source: dev.to / 14 days ago
Browser automation has been dominated by tools like Selenium and Playwright. They're very powerful, but you need to understand the DOM, manage selectors, and set up a testing stack before doing anything meaningful. - Source: dev.to / 19 days ago
There is no live demo, but you can have a look at the screenshots taken by playwright during testing. - Source: dev.to / 27 days ago
We ran straight into this while building a course product on top of The AI Platform. I want to walk you through how we ended up testing the whole chat flow end to end with Playwright. - Source: dev.to / 29 days ago
The app under test is The AI Platform by Zephyr Cloud, a desktop app where teams work alongside AI specialists in channels. The agent drives the real, signed-in desktop app with Playwright over CDP, the Chrome DevTools Protocol. Not a stripped-down test build, the same app a person uses. - Source: dev.to / 29 days ago
Another interesting point: I copied both my answer and the suggested answer into diffchecker.com, and it said they were the same. Source: almost 3 years ago
Never knew diffchecker.com was a thing. Thank you so much for making me aware of it <3. Source: about 3 years ago
In what way did you show the file comparison? Did you use a diff like diffchecker.com ? If someone can see for themselves that every bit of data between two files is exactly the same, and still thinks they are different, IDK how you could get past that. x == x is pretty fundamental. How do I find the actual difference between two strings that appear equal to the naked eye? I used multiple tools and some show no differences, but some show differences. I got diffs on diffchecker.com, but it just shows me that they are different, but not how they differ. Is there a better tool for this? Source: over 3 years ago
I am wondering if there's something that allows you to easily display differences between two json like on diffchecker.com. Is there a library that allows you to easily do that? Source: almost 4 years ago
puppeteer - Puppeteer is a Node library which provides a high-level API to control headless Chrome or Chromium...
Beyond Compare - Beyond Compare allows you to compare files and folders.
Selenium - Selenium automates browsers. That's it! What you do with that power is entirely up to you. Primarily, it is for automating web applications for testing purposes, but is certainly not limited to just that.
WinMerge - WinMerge is an open source differencing and merging tool for Windows.
Cypress.io - Slow, difficult and unreliable testing for anything that runs in a browser. Install Cypress in seconds and take the pain out of front-end testing.
Meld - What is Meld? Meld is a visual diff and merge tool targeted at developers.
