PiinPoint's Story

Jim Robeson, CEO and Co-Founder of PiinPoint, grew up working at his familyโ€™s retail store. He saw first hand the struggles his family and other businesses were facing, searching for the perfect location for their growing businesses.

These experiences helped shape the vision for PiinPoint, to provide data and insights in order to give businesses the confidence to take risks and grow their businesses. โ€ PiinPoint was founded by Jim and Adam Saunders in 2013, after meeting at the University of Waterloo. The company was accepted into the prestigious Y Combinator startup accelerator program, where the company grew and evolved. โ€ Located in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario Canada has grown to help hundreds of retailers supporting 55,000 retail locations across Canada, the United States and Australia.
