My initial idea was to leverage the main applicationโs queue worker by deploying a queue worker remotely and setting up a secure connection between them using something like Wireguard. That's the first I've heard of it, and I like it! I can't tell you the number of trips to php.net to look at argument order for a function. Is it haystack/needle, or needle/haystack? Given that we live in an age where reliable and up to date medical knowledge is freely available online I see no reason why we should limit our resources for dealing with fibromyalgia to those offered by our local medical system.
