That's the first I've heard of it, and I like it! I can't tell you the number of trips to php.net to look at argument order for a function. Is it haystack/needle, or needle/haystack? Auto-remediating into a worse state. The classic failure is auto-scaling a service to handle elevated error rates that are themselves caused by a downstream dependency.
