That's the first I've heard of it, and I like it! I can't tell you the number of trips to php.net to look at argument order for a function. Is it haystack/needle, or needle/haystack? It seems like you talk about chatbots build by no-code builders. Did you consider option of chatbot development services? Btw, a chatbot doesn't have to lead a customer to an app, it can still live only on website or you can use WhatsApp chatbots for broadcasting your proposition.
