Https://www.hackthebox.com/ has free retired boxes to punch and it isn't expensive if you want to access new ones. It is security orientated, but you still have to understand the basics and there are plenty of walk throughs. This, and OP should practice handling the stress. Find a friend to do interviews with, or give yourself a timer, or whatever. codingame.com is a good alternative if you want to try dealing with a timer and don't want to be able to cheat. Source: about 3 years ago

Personally, I like codingame.com (completely free unless you are an employer) - Their simple puzzles are great places to get an idea of how programming works and the kinds of problems they solve. I think the first puzzle I was able to solve as a beginner in a few days. Source: over 3 years ago
