Pelaris is an AI coaching platform built for athletes who train with purpose. Not a tracking app or generic program generator. A complete coaching system that generates science-based training programs and adapts them in real time, responding to your performance, fatigue, RPE, missed sessions, and goals as they evolve. Most training tools hand you a template. Pelaris does the thinking. When your RPE trends high over consecutive sessions, Pelaris inserts a deload. When you miss a week through illness, it recalibrates your program rather than continuing and overloading you. When your bench press stalls, it knows. When you're ready to push, it knows that too. The platform is built around the Three Horizons: Today (the Beach), your active program (the Ocean), and your monthly arc (the Horizon). Your AI coach greets you with context-aware guidance based on previous sessions, your readiness, and what's ahead. Every session feeds back into the AI's understanding of you. Every week informs the next. Underpinning this is real periodization science, the same methodology frameworks that underpin elite coaching, delivered through an AI coach that remembers your injuries, your preferences, your history, and your goals. It adapts volume and intensity based on how you actually train, not how a spreadsheet assumed you would. Pelaris supports strength training, running, swimming, cycling, triathlon, and general fitness, with multiple science-based methodologies per sport. Body composition tracking with archetype classification, a Horizon view for monthly planning, and an AI coach you can actually talk to complete the platform. Built on Flutter, Firebase, and Google Cloud, with Vertex AI powering the coaching intelligence and built using Anthropic Claude. Privacy-first by design. Your data is never sold or shared. Built in Australia by Bradley Hunt, enterprise AI leader, keynote speaker at Gartner and ServiceNow Knowledge, and featured in Forbes and IT News. Free during early access.

Pelaris.io's answer
Pelaris is the only AI coaching platform that treats your training program as a living system, not a static plan. Most tools generate a program once and hand it to you. Pelaris generates it, then continuously adapts it based on how you actually train. RPE, missed sessions, fatigue signals, benchmark progress, readiness check-ins, all of it feeds back into the next decision. The AI remembers your injuries, your preferences, your history. It gets smarter with every session. That feedback loop is what separates a coach from a calendar.
Pelaris.io's answer
If you want a coaching system that does the thinking, Pelaris is built for that. The platform is grounded in real periodization science, the same methodology frameworks used in elite coaching, delivered at a price that works for serious athletes. It supports multiple sports and training styles, adapts your program in real time, and gives you an AI coach you can actually talk to. No generic templates. No plans that ignore how you feel. Just intelligent, adaptive coaching that evolves as you do.
Pelaris.io's answer
Serious hobbyist athletes who have outgrown generic fitness apps and want a science-based coaching system that fits around their real life. Swimmers, runners, cyclists, triathletes, strength athletes, CrossFit athletes, and hybrid athletes who train with purpose and want their program to reflect that. Athletes who track their own data, understand progressive overload, and are frustrated by plans that assume everyone recovers the same way and follows the same schedule.
Pelaris.io's answer
Bradley Hunt spent a decade deploying AI at scale across global organisations, including leading AI adoption across 400 applications in 35 countries, keynoting at Gartner and ServiceNow Knowledge, and being featured in Forbes and IT News. He is also a serious athlete. The gap between what AI could do for training and what fitness apps were actually delivering was obvious. The tools to close it existed. Nobody had put them together properly. Pelaris is the result: a production-grade AI coaching platform built from scratch by a solo developer using Flutter, Firebase, Vertex AI, and Claude, applying the same engineering discipline to sport that enterprise AI applies to business process.
