I usually map runs out in advance using gmap-pedometer.com, but I use the manual option by putting points down. Source: almost 4 years ago
I use this one but I don't think it's something you can integrate into one of those fancy gps watches: https://gmap-pedometer.com/. I use it on a browser to figure out new routes that I haven't considered before and that may help me explore new areas or sometimes when planning my commute. Source: about 4 years ago
