Tick boxes become choices, and a follow-up like "if yes, give details" stays attached to the question it belongs to. There is nothing to drag and no editor to learn.

It also reads photographs and scans, not only digital PDFs, which matters when the form you need to digitise only exists on paper.

• Nobody has to create an account to fill your form. Recipients open a link and answer. Most competitors require the respondent to sign up, or push them towards it.

• You get the filled PDF back, not only a spreadsheet. Answers export as a spreadsheet, or as your original document with the fields completed, which matters when the paperwork has to be filed or handed on.
