Party Script was created after observing how many event professionals manage complex events using a combination of WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets, notes, email threads, and shared drives. While planners are exceptional at creating experiences, their operational systems are often fragmented. Party Script was built to provide a single workspace where event teams can plan, coordinate, and execute events with greater visibility, control, and confidence.

Two people – a Head of Design and a Head of Product – were drowning in the same problem: too many tools, too much context switching, too little time for the actual work. Every existing solution was either another app to check or an AI wrapper around a single tool. So they built Sugarbug as a shared brain – one system that watches everything, understands the connections, and does the legwork so they can focus on what matters.
