The EU AI Act isn't just a regulation. It's the biggest compliance liability most AI companies don't have a plan for. Here's what's coming , and how to get ahead of it:
By 2026, high-risk AI systems must be:
Registered in the EU database
Fully documented with technical files Human oversight mechanisms in place Compliant with NIST RMF & ISO 42001 Most teams are doing this manually. In spreadsheets.
Manual AI compliance fails because: โ It's slow (audits take weeks, not hours) โ It's inconsistent (different teams, different standards) โ It's invisible (no real-time risk monitoring) One missed control can trigger fines up to โฌ30M or 6% of global revenue.
AICE Compliance OS was built to fix this. One platform that: โ Automates EU AI Act, NIST RMF & ISO 42001 compliance โ Gives you real-time risk dashboards โ Generates audit-ready documentation automatically Less manual work. Zero compliance gaps.
If you're building or deploying AI in the EU/UK/US, you need a compliance plan now. See how AICE works โ http://aicepartners.com

If youโre coming from the Parse ecosystem, it may help to know that Parse itself is a long-running open source backend framework. You can start from the official Parse Platform site, or go deeper with the communityโs Parse Server repository. Our own developer docs are organized around that reality. If you want implementation-level guides, start with our SashiDo Documentation. - Source: dev.to / 5 months ago

There's numerous standard backends which frontenders could use in simplistic cases to start, say https://github.com/PostgREST/postgrest or https://github.com/parse-community/parse-server. Source: over 4 years ago

I am curious what backend framework you would choose to run with for prototyping an application with run of the mill user management requirements. That is functionality along the lines of: session management, password policies, password reset, user verifications, etc. Sadly it seems there really aren't any frameworks that have user management natively supported. The only one I am aware of is [Parse... - Source: Hacker News / about 5 years ago
