We've used Padlet in the past but switched to Menti a year ago or so. There are many other tools, and most have an export feature, which allows you to download the data in a format readable by Excel. In Excel, we code each comment according to the categories covered by our in-house course survey: content, facilitation, duration, pacing, venue, materials, learning, relevance, satisfaction, and likelihood to recommend. I'm not sure if your 4.5yo is old enough to try Scratch[1] but nothing is too young these days. My elder got into Scratch around that time. My four year old was kicked out of his preschool class, and the school recommended I set him up with applied behavioral analysis.
