Ozydo 5 features

Ozydo combines project management, invoicing, scheduling, and client communication tools into a single platform, reducing the need for multiple separate software subscriptions for freelancers and small businesses.

The platform is designed with simplicity in mind, making it accessible for non-technical users and small business owners who need to manage clients and projects without a steep learning curve.
  • Client Communication Tools
Built-in messaging and client portal features allow for streamlined communication, keeping all project-related conversations and updates in one centralized location.

Possible disadvantages

  • Limited Advanced Features
Compared to more established competitors, Ozydo may lack some advanced customization options, integrations, or automation features that larger businesses or power users might require.
  • Smaller Ecosystem
As a newer or less widely adopted platform, Ozydo may have fewer third-party integrations, plugins, or community resources compared to more established project management tools.
  • Learning Curve for Full Feature Set
While basic use is simple, fully utilizing all the platform's combined features (project management, invoicing, scheduling) may require time investment to understand how everything interconnects.
  • Limited Market Presence
With less brand recognition and a smaller user base than major competitors, there may be fewer reviews, tutorials, and community support resources available online.
  • Potential Scalability Concerns
The platform may be better suited for freelancers and small businesses, and larger organizations with complex workflows might find it lacks the robustness needed to scale operations effectively.
  • German Data Residency
All scheduling, meeting and CRM data is hosted in Germany. An AVV / DPA is available on every plan including Free, so DPO and procurement review is short.
  • Round-Robin and Collective Bookings
Distribute inbound meetings across a team by availability or priority, or require several colleagues on the same call with panel bookings.
  • Built-in Video with AI Recaps
meetergo Connect hosts the call itself, with recordings and breakout rooms. The AI notetaker transcribes and summarises Connect, Google Meet and Teams meetings.
  • CRM with HubSpot and Pipedrive Sync
Manage deals natively with booking history attached to each contact, or sync both ways with an existing HubSpot or Pipedrive pipeline.
  • REST API, Webhooks and MCP Server
Included on every plan including Free. Agents and internal tools read availability and create bookings directly rather than scraping a booking page.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Ozydo and meetergo.

What's the story behind your product?

Ozydo's answer

Ozydo was built after seeing millions of Indian freelancers waste hours every week creating invoices manually in Excel. The goal was simple: make GST invoicing so fast and easy that any business owner could do it in under a minute — for free.

meetergo's answer:

meetergo GmbH was founded in 2021 by Dominik Rapacki and Richard Gödel and is based in Monheim am Rhein, North Rhine-Westphalia (HRB 104381, Amtsgericht Düsseldorf).

It started as a straightforward answer to a problem German businesses kept running into: the standard scheduling tools were excellent products with an unusable legal position for anyone operating under GDPR. A booking page collects names, email addresses, phone numbers and often health or legal context, and for many German firms that data could not sit with a US processor.

The product grew from there. Once bookings were compliant, the calls, recordings, notes and customer records had the same problem, so those moved onto the same German infrastructure rather than being handed to a second foreign vendor. That is how a scheduling tool became a platform of sixteen apps sharing one subscription and one compliance posture.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Ozydo's answer

Indian freelancers, consultants, and small business owners who need to create GST-compliant invoices quickly without paying for expensive software.

meetergo's answer:

Small and mid-sized businesses in the DACH region, typically between one and fifty employees. The largest group is practitioners rather than dedicated revenue teams: freelancers and consultants, agencies, law firms and notaries, medical and therapy practices, and small B2B sales teams.

The common thread is that someone in the business is personally accountable for GDPR compliance and cannot defend a US scheduling tool to a client, a works council or a data protection officer. Customers usually arrive because of that constraint and stay because the scheduling, video, notes and CRM consolidate tools they were otherwise paying for separately.

Outside DACH, the same pattern applies to EU companies with public-sector, healthcare or regulated clients who need scheduling data to stay under EU jurisdiction.

What makes your product unique?

Ozydo's answer

Ozydo is the only free GST invoicing app built specifically for India — with built-in UPI QR codes on every invoice, one-tap WhatsApp sharing, and auto GST calculation (CGST/SGST/IGST). No other free tool combines all three in one place.

Why should a person choose Ozydo over its competitors?

meetergo's answer:

Most GDPR-compliant scheduling tools stop at the booking page. meetergo keeps the entire meeting lifecycle inside German infrastructure: the booking, the video call, the recording and AI recap, the CRM record, the invoice and the e-signature. That means a European company can drop a Calendly plus Zoom plus Otter stack without introducing a second US processor at exactly the point where the real customer conversation happens.

Two other things are unusual. Every plan, including the free one, ships a REST API, webhooks and an MCP server, so agents and internal tools can read availability and create bookings directly rather than scraping a booking page. And the free tier has no user cap, which makes it usable by a whole small team rather than one person.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Ozydo's answer

Zoho and QuickBooks charge ₹1,000–5,000/month. Ozydo is 100% free, forever. It's faster (invoices in 30 seconds), India-first (UPI, WhatsApp, GST-native), and built for SMEs and freelancers — not enterprise teams.

meetergo's answer:

Choose meetergo when data residency is a hard constraint rather than a preference. It is operated by meetergo GmbH in Monheim am Rhein, data is hosted in Germany, and an AVV / DPA is available on every account including the free one, so procurement and DPO review tend to be short.

It is a better fit than Calendly or SavvyCal if you also need the call, the notes and the CRM inside the same compliant stack instead of as three separate US vendors. It is a better fit than Cal.com if you want that without self-hosting and maintaining it yourself. It is a better fit than Acuity, Setmore or SimplyBook.me if your use case is B2B meetings and inbound lead routing rather than salon or service-appointment booking.

It is not the right choice if you specifically want an open-source, self-hosted deployment. Cal.com is the stronger option there, and saying so is more useful than wasting your evaluation time.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Ozydo's answer

Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, Resend

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Ozydo's answer

Ozydo serves independent freelancers, graphic designers, consultants, CA firms, and small retail businesses across India.
