There is also https://us.ovhcloud.com/ which appears to be a different site entirely. If I attempt to make an account here, I simply never receive a verification email, although verification works fine via the other URLs. There is a warning about US customers prior to 2018 can sign in via ovh.com/world, which if I follow this out of curiosity, it brings me to the site that redirects me to ca.ovh.com. The userback.io link appears to relate to the site's hovering "feedback" button on the side, which may be regarded by some as an annoyance, though I'd only block it if it doesn't otherwise remove the feedback function on the site.
