There is also https://us.ovhcloud.com/ which appears to be a different site entirely. If I attempt to make an account here, I simply never receive a verification email, although verification works fine via the other URLs. There is a warning about US customers prior to 2018 can sign in via ovh.com/world, which if I follow this out of curiosity, it brings me to the site that redirects me to ca.ovh.com. You probably can't do it through onedrive, though I'm not sure if MS has something like that that carries over into other services. The thing you need is GPU power, not storage. Uh, you ask these questions before you buy the hardware. There are various tools you could have used for free, or for cheap instead of spending $2500 on equipment, and not even seemingly the right equipment. You would know more than me, but you mentioned AI/Machine learning, but I do not see any graphics cards mentioned in your build, and a lot of that work is enhanced with graphic cards.
