ProGoXperts is Indiaโ€™s first Growth-as-a-Service (GaaS) platform built by real practitioners whoโ€™ve been in the war rooms of automation. We're not consultants. We're not an agency. We're the quiet engine behind RPA & AI startups turning cold demos into closed deals, and behind CXOs choosing clarity over chaos in automation adoption.

For RPA & AI founders, weโ€™re the force behind GTM that sticks not the theory, but tested field strategies that convert. From building demo playbooks that talk business (not just tech), to handling โ€œweโ€™ll get backโ€ silence with conversion pathways, we make go-lives the norm, not the exception.

Weโ€™ve helped founders:

Skip the POC grind with upfront purchase orders

Convert ghosted leads into retainers

Build strategic positioning without burning capital

For enterprise decision-makers, we offer a buffet of 250+ vetted bot use cases, mapped to pain points across Retail, NBFC, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Hospitality, and more. No more guesswork. You get clarity, confidence, and a human team that ensures your automation isnโ€™t just implemented โ€” it performs.

ProGoXperts isn't a platform you join. It's a team you gain. We help:

Founders focus on product while we handle the traction

CXOs pick automation that delivers business outcome

Stakeholders align with a solution they understand and believe in

Whether you're a founder tired of free POCs or a decision-maker burned by overpromises โ€” we're the call you should've made sooner.

Because at ProGoXperts, we donโ€™t just scale bots. We scale belief.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing OpenStack and ProGoXperts.

What makes your product unique?

ProGoXperts's answer:

We are not consultants. We are co-strategists who work in stealth with founders of automation and AI startups to sharpen their GTM, refine their demos, coach their pitches, and close revenue, without touching their tech or dragging them through generic playbooks. No bot-building. Just growth firepower.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

ProGoXperts's answer:

Because we donโ€™t just give advice, we grow with you. Most competitors offer templates, lectures, or courses. We offer sleeves-up involvement in your growth: live pitch corrections, pricing alignment, narrative tuning, founder empowerment, and warm deal enablement. And we donโ€™t ask for equity or long-term lock-ins.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

ProGoXperts's answer:

Founders and early teams of automation, RPA, or AI startups typically 1 to 20 people, post-PoC, with limited bandwidth but bold vision. They are product-strong but growth-anxious. They donโ€™t want more dashboards. They want clarity, conversion, and peace.

What's the story behind your product?

ProGoXperts's answer:

ProGoXperts wasnโ€™t built in a co-working space with pitch decks and venture dreams. It was born in the battlefield.

Behind it stand two founders who wore every hat, felt every fire, and never flinched. Before ProGoXperts was even an idea, we were the backbone of a rising RPA startup in India.

One of us was the Revenue Director โ€” but titles donโ€™t tell the whole story. He wasnโ€™t just doing deals. He was closing, guiding, training, firefighting, restructuring pricing models, fixing partner conflicts, handling delivery disputes, and unlocking scale. A full-stack revenue engine, disguised in one human.

The other โ€” an SME who gave over 2000+ demos in the toughest markets. She didnโ€™t just explain bots โ€” she read minds. She absorbed founder psychology, tweaked pitches live, studied buying behavior, cracked the pricing dynamics of every vertical, and knew when to pause, push, or walk away.

Together, we built a bootstrapped RPA business from a blank slate โ€” no outside capital, just relentless execution and insane clarity. We scaled it to a strong, profitable team with a loyal client base across India and the Middle East.

And thenโ€ฆ we walked away.

Not to rest โ€” but to rise as ProGoXperts. Because we saw a pattern no one was talking about:

Great automation & AI founders were drowning โ€” not in code, but in growth chaos. They had strong products, but no pitch clarity. Great vision, but poor demos. A list of leads, but no direction. Big dreams, but no closers.

We realized โ€” the growth stack for AI, RPA, and automation founders was broken. No GTM firm understood the domain deeply. No SaaS advisor stuck around for the actual calls. Everyone was selling theory โ€” no one was owning the fire.

So we flipped the model.

We donโ€™t build bots. We build founders.

ProGoXperts became a Growth-as-a-Service (GaaS) venture โ€” but not your usual consulting firm. We donโ€™t push templates. We work in stealth. We enter like a shadow. And we leave behind real revenue, clarity, and confidence.

Today, we are proud to be the invisible growth partner behind multiple AI and automation startups across India, & UAE, all scaling faster, pitching better, and finally breathing.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

ProGoXperts's answer:

ProGoXperts is a tech-light, strategy-heavy Growth-as-a-Service (GaaS) model. Our delivery is human-led, not platform-driven. We use Notion, Figma, Canva, Calendly, Loom, and WhatsApp for streamlined delivery, but the core product is human insight, not software.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

ProGoXperts's answer:

Weโ€™re proud to say: youโ€™ll never see their names here.

Because the biggest names weโ€™ve worked with โ€” from hypergrowth automation startups to legacy RPA players โ€” choose us specifically to stay invisible. Weโ€™re not the face on stage. Weโ€™re the whisper in the war room. Weโ€™ve helped founders double revenue, restructure entire GTM motions, 10x demo conversions, and close flagship accounts โ€” all without claiming credit.

Why?

Because real growth doesnโ€™t need a spotlight. It needs results.

We operate behind the curtains โ€” by design. If you're a founder reading this, you'll know why that matters.
