Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing OpenPhone and HyperDial.

What makes your product unique?

HyperDial's answer:

Most calling tools help you dial more but ignore the one thing that decides everything: whether the call actually connects. HyperDial starts there. It keeps your numbers healthy so they stay off spam lists and more calls get answered, and it runs alongside your existing provider as a backup, so you never lose a call when your main line has an off day. On top of that, HyperSense, our AI, learns what your best reps do and helps everyone else do the same. We own the connection and the coaching, not just the dialing.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

HyperDial's answer:

You do not have to switch anything. Keep your current provider and add HyperDial alongside it, so there is zero risk and nothing to rip out. Where other tools assume your call connects, HyperDial makes sure it does, keeping your numbers healthy and getting more calls answered, inbound and outbound. And because we are a small, founder-run team, you get real, responsive support directly from the people building the product. Try it next to what you already use, and keep it only if it earns its place.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

HyperDial's answer:

Sales and support teams that live on the phone, from SMEs to growing enterprises, across United States, India, Australia, and New Zealand. If your revenue or your customer experience depends on calls actually connecting, inside sales, sales development, and customer support desks, HyperDial is built for you.

What's the story behind your product?

HyperDial's answer:

HyperDial was born on the support side of the calling industry. For years, our founder led support at a calling software company and watched good teams lose conversations they should have won: calls that never connected, business numbers quietly flagged as spam, and whole teams sitting idle when the system went down. None of it was the team's fault, it was the tools. HyperDial was built to fix exactly that, to make sure a call always connects, and to help every rep win more of the ones they have.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

HyperDial's answer:

HyperDial is a cloud-based communication and messaging platform for reliable, global calling. Number health and connect-rate monitoring run on our own analytics layer, and HyperSense uses speech-to-text and large language models to analyse calls and surface what works. It is delivered as a modern web application with CRM and helpdesk integrations. It uses SIPCalling and AIP (Agent Intelligence Processing).

Easy to use, and just what we needed!

I needed a 1800 number for my business, and paying for a second phone line and getting a second phone is overpriced for what I needed. for 10 bucks a month, OpenPhone allows me to have a 1800 number right on my own cell phone through their app. So my personal calls don't get mixed up with my business calls. The app is easy to use, has a voicemail feature, and call forwarding for when I'm out and don't want to use data.
